Is Crews a good fit for your climbing club?
Crews suits climbing and mountaineering clubs with a membership and a committee, running regular wall nights and outdoor meets where places are limited. If you run a climbing gym rather than a club, see the climbing gyms page instead.
It doesn’t replace your logbook, guidebook or safety practices: there’s no grade tracking, topo or offline mode. It doesn’t collect membership fees or hut deposits either; payments are on the roadmap, not available yet. What it adds is a calendar of meets, fair capped sign-ups, one chat per trip and a record of every meet.

How much does Crews cost for a climbing club?
$59 a month per crew, paid by the club, with members joining free. Up to 100 members are included; extra members are $18 a month per 100. 14-day free trial, no card needed.
Does it include a logbook or grade tracking?
No. Crews is for organizing the club. Keep using your logbook app for ascents.
Can we collect hut deposits?
Not in Crews. Payments are on the roadmap, not available yet. Collect deposits as you do today and use RSVPs and capacity for places.
Does Crews work at a crag with no signal?
No, it needs a connection. Finalize meeting points and gear before you head out.
