Challenges are friendly contests between crews. Each crew submits a memory post, everyone who can see the challenge votes for their favourite entry, and the winning crew takes 100 league points.
A reason to get the group out
“Best sunrise from a run this week.” “Best costume at the club social.” A good prompt gives a group a reason to do something together and to take a photo worth sharing.
Challenges turn that into a small event between crews. There is a clear structure (submit, vote, finish), a fair vote that stops the biggest crew from winning by numbers alone, and a result that counts towards your league standing.
How it works

Create a challenge
Make it an open challenge that any crew in your league can join, or invite one specific crew to a 1v1.

Submission phase
Each participating crew submits a memory post from its memory wall as its entry.

Voting phase
Everyone who can see the challenge votes for an entry, but nobody can vote for their own crew.

Winner takes 100
When voting ends the challenge is finished, and the winning crew gets 100 league points automatically.

Open or 1v1
Open challenges welcome any crew in the same league. 1v1 invites are for a rivalry with one particular crew.
Clear phases
Submission, then voting, then finished. Everybody knows what stage the challenge is in and what to do next.
No voting for yourself
Members cannot vote for their own crew’s entry, so the result reflects what others thought.
Size-fair voting
Votes are weighted by crew size using a square root, so a much larger crew cannot simply outvote a smaller one.
Built on memories
Entries are memory posts, so the best moments from your events do double duty.
Who can enter a challenge?
Open challenges can be joined by any crew in the same league. 1v1 challenges are between the crew that created it and the crew it invited.
What does a crew submit?
A memory post, the same kind of titled photo post that lives on your crew’s memory wall.
Who can vote?
Everyone who can see the challenge can vote, except that members cannot vote for their own crew’s entry.
How are votes counted fairly?
Votes are weighted by crew size using a square root, so large crews do not win simply by having more members.
What does the winner get?
100 league points, added automatically when the challenge finishes, which moves the crew up its league table.
