Every event on Crews has built-in RSVPs. Members answer going, maybe or not going, organizers can cap the number of spots, and everyone can see the attendee list.
Thumbs-up reactions are not a headcount
In a group chat, “who’s in?” gets a mix of thumbs-ups, “probably” and silence. The organizer then books a table for eight, and eleven people arrive. Or books for twelve and four turn up.
Crews makes the answer explicit. Each member picks going, maybe or not going on the event itself, the numbers update as they do, and the attendee list shows exactly who said what. When there are only so many spots on the court, in the car or around the table, set a capacity and Crews stops accepting “going” once it is full.

Create the event

Three honest answers
Going, maybe and not going. “Maybe” is a real option, so people do not have to fake a yes or stay silent.
Capacity limits
Set a max attendees number for events with limited space. Once it is full, nobody else can mark themselves as going.
Attendee list
See who is going and who might come, which helps with carpools, bringing gear or knowing who to wait for.
CSV participant export
Organizers can export an event’s participants to a spreadsheet, handy for venues, waivers or keeping your own records.
Updates reach everyone
When an organizer changes the time or cancels, members get an in-app and push notification instead of discovering it on the day.
How do RSVPs work on Crews?
Every event has three options: going, maybe and not going. Members pick one on the event page and can change it later. The event shows the counts and the attendee list.
Can I limit how many people can come?
Yes. Set a maximum number of attendees when you create or edit the event. When it is full, no one else can RSVP as going.
Can I download the list of attendees?
Yes. Organizers can export an event’s participants as a CSV file that opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.
Do guests need an account to RSVP?
Yes. RSVPs come from crew members, who sign in with Google. That is what makes the headcount reliable.
Does Crews remind people before the event?
Yes. Everyone who RSVPed going gets an automatic in-app and push reminder 24 hours and 1 hour before the event. Members are also notified when an event is created, updated or cancelled.
