Crews for coaches & instructors

Run your group sessions and the community around them

Running coaches, tennis pros, swim instructors, dance teachers, personal trainers with group classes: your clients come for the sessions and stay for the group. Crews gives you one place to post sessions, cap numbers, talk to your people and keep the energy going between classes.

The problem

What independent coaches deal with

  • 01

    Sign-ups in your DMs

People reply to a story, text you and comment on a post. You piece the list together from three apps before every session.

  • 02

    Sessions have hard limits

Eight people per court, twelve per lane, ten per clinic. Going over means a worse session for everyone.

  • 03

    Different groups, one inbox

Beginners, the advanced squad and private clinic clients all need different sessions and different messages.

  • 04

    Clients drift between blocks

Without a community, people finish a block of sessions and quietly don’t come back for the next.

How it works

A coaching week in Crews

How a coach running open sessions and an invite-only advanced group might work.

  1. 1Sunday

    Post the week

The coach posts Tuesday’s open session with a capacity of 12 and Thursday’s advanced session as a private, invite-only event. Clients get a push notification.

  2. 2Monday

    Fill the spots

Clients RSVP. When someone switches to not going, their spot opens for the next person. The attendee list is always current.

  3. 3Session day

    Everything in one thread

Kit notes, a drill video link and the court number go in the event chat, with the key message pinned.

  4. 4After

    Keep them coming back

A poll asks what to focus on next week, and the group photo becomes a memory. The crew chat stays active between sessions.

Is Crews right for your coaching?

Crews suits coaches and instructors who run group sessions, clinics or camps and want a place their clients belong to, not just a booking link. It works for one coach with a loyal group and for small coaching businesses with a few instructors as moderators.

It’s not booking or payment software: there are no session packs, card payments, invoicing or waivers. If you need clients to pay when they book, keep your booking tool for that. Payments are on the roadmap, not available yet. If your sign-ups live in DMs and your community in a WhatsApp group, Crews replaces both for $59 a month.
