Is Crews right for your studio?
Crews suits boutique studios, independent gyms, yoga and pilates studios and CrossFit-style boxes that want a proper community space next to their booking software. It works best when the studio runs events beyond the timetable and wants members connected to each other, not just to the class schedule.
To be clear: Crews is not class booking or scheduling software. It has no class packs, memberships, payments or waivers, and no integrations with booking tools. Check-in is for Crews events like workshops and socials, not your class timetable. Keep your booking system for classes and use Crews for everything around them. For most studios, $59 a month is less than the value of one member who stays an extra month.

How much does Crews cost for a studio?
$59 a month per crew, paid by the studio. Members join free. It includes up to 100 members, and each extra 100 members is $18 a month. You start with a 14-day free trial, no card needed.
Can Crews replace our class booking software?
No. Crews doesn’t do class booking, class packs, memberships or payments. It’s the community layer: events outside the timetable with RSVPs and check-in, member chat and memories.
Can we charge for workshops?
Not in Crews. Payments and ticketed events are on the roadmap, not available yet, so take payment through your existing system and use Crews for the sign-up list and chat.
How do we keep the crew members-only?
Make the crew private. People can only join with a personal invite link, which is tied to an email, single-use and expires, or through a join request you approve.
Can we send reminders before a workshop?
Crews does it for you. Everyone going gets an in-app and push reminder 24 hours and 1 hour before the workshop. Reminders aren’t sent by email.
