League placement follows crew size (silver under 20, gold 20+, diamond 40+, emerald 60+, legend 80+), so every league is reachable on the base plan.

How does the free trial work?
Your first crew starts with a 14-day free trial with every feature switched on. You don’t need a card to start. Before the trial ends, an admin adds a payment method to keep the crew running at $59 per month.
What happens if we don’t subscribe after the trial?
The crew becomes read-only: members can still see events, chat history and memories, but nobody can post or create anything new. Nothing is deleted. As soon as an admin subscribes, the crew is fully active again.
Who pays, the organizer or the members?
The organizer. Crews is billed per crew to an admin of that crew. Members join free and never see a bill.
How do member packs work?
Every crew includes up to 100 members. If your crew grows past that, add a member pack for $18 per month for each additional 100 members. For example, a 250-member crew needs two packs: $59 + $36 = $95 per month.
Can I start a free trial for every crew I create?
No. There is one free trial per person, for your first crew. Any additional crews you create start on a paid subscription straight away.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Billing is monthly and you can cancel whenever you like. Your crew stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted.
Do I get invoices?
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, and every invoice is available to download from the billing portal for your expense reports.
Are some features only on higher plans?
No. There is one plan and every crew gets every feature. The only thing that changes the price is how many members your crew has.
