When someone joins and pays through your usual process, the membership secretary sends a personal invite link tied to their email. It works once and expires, so it can’t be passed on.

The dinner goes up with a capacity of 24, the talk with no cap. Members get a push notification and RSVP, and the host exports the list as a CSV for the venue.

Is Crews right for your club?
Crews suits clubs and societies where membership means something: social and supper clubs, alumni associations, hobby societies with annual dues, professional circles. Private crews and personal, single-use invite links make it hard for the members’ space to leak.
Crews doesn’t collect dues or manage renewals today. Payments and membership dues via Stripe are on the roadmap, not available yet, so keep your current payment process and invite members to the crew once they’ve paid. Removing someone who lapses is up to an admin. If you need full membership CRM with billing now, a dedicated membership platform will fit better.

How much does Crews cost for a membership club?
$59 a month per crew, paid by the club, with members joining free. Up to 100 members are included; a 150-member club needs one extra member pack, so $77 a month. 14-day free trial, no card needed.
Can we collect membership dues in Crews?
Not yet. Payments and membership dues via Stripe are on the roadmap, not available yet. Today, collect dues as you do now and invite members once they’ve paid.
How do we stop non-members getting in?
Make the crew private. People can only join with a personal invite link (tied to their email, single-use, with an expiry) or by a join request an admin approves.
Can the committee have its own space?
Yes. Use private, invite-only events for committee meetings, or create a separate crew for the committee.
Does Crews send email newsletters?
No. Notifications are in-app and web push. Email notifications are on the roadmap, not available yet.
