Is Crews right for your cycling club?
Crews fits clubs that run several rides a week across different paces, collect membership or have a sponsor, and want each ride to have its own headcount and conversation. Ride leaders get a simple way to post rides and push changes, without managing a website or a mailing list.
It isn’t a route planner or training log, and it doesn’t collect membership fees (payments are on the roadmap, not available yet). A small informal group that rides together on Sundays probably doesn’t need to spend $59 a month; a club with dozens of riders and several ride leaders will feel the difference.

How much does Crews cost for a cycling club?
$59 a month per crew, paid by the club. Riders join free. It includes up to 100 members; extra members are $18 a month per 100. 14-day free trial, no card needed.
Does Crews sync with Strava or bike computers?
No. Crews has no integrations and doesn’t record rides. It covers planning, RSVPs, chat and photos.
Can I set up a weekly ride that repeats?
Yes. Set it to repeat weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly. Each ride stays its own event with its own RSVPs, chat and reminders, and you can change one ride or all the following ones.
Does Crews show route maps?
No. Put a link to the route from your mapping app in the event details.
Our club has 180 members. Which league are we in?
Leagues are by crew size, and 80+ members puts you in legend, the top league. To have 180 members in the crew you’d need the base plan plus one member pack (200 seats, $77 a month).
